Shelley has been part of the TSSM’s Mathematics team since 2024. She is an extremely passionate teacher who enjoys seeing her students achieve their learning outcomes while scoring impressive study scores.
Shelley has taught senior mathematics since 2004, giving her extensive experience in the subject, providing her with specific fundamentals that she utilises to engage the students with the concepts of mathematics in a simplified form, being able to aid with their understanding come exam time.
Shelley is a motivated teacher who makes use of available resources to enhance and improve her teaching abilities so her students can continue to excel. Shelley also plays an important role in producing high quality VCE resources used by many teacher and students in Mathematics for TSSM.
Teaching Philosophy:
Shelley is a Secondary Mathematics teacher who believes that effective learning is supported by data, research, and the high level of participation. She values the role of technology in enhancing teaching quality and efficiency and is passionate about sharing ideas, resources, and experiences to help others succeed.
