Ffion has been a part of TSSM’s HSC Science team since 2025 and has taken up opportunities to teach HSC Biology and IB Biology to many students. This has provided her with the chance to quickly develop as a Science teacher, leading her students towards impressive study scores.

Ffion has been teaching since 2009. She is extremely knowledgeable, which gives her the ability to simplify difficult topics helping her students achieve exceptional results throughout their journey.

She is a motivated teacher who makes use of available resources to enhance and improve her teaching abilities so her students can continue to excel.

Ffion also plays an important role in producing high quality HSC resources used by many teachers and students in HSC Science for TSSM.

Ffion's teaching philosophy centres on creating an engaging and supportive space where students feel confident to participate and challenge themselves. She believes in using clear explanations, real-world examples, and interactive strategies to make complex ideas accessible. Meta-language is interwoven with key concepts and skills to elevate student responses and understanding.
